Tropical Storm Dora – Update 1 (15:00 UTC, June 25, 2017)





The fourth storm of the Eastern Pacific hurricane season has formed, and is likely to become its first hurricane in the next 48 hours. Dora is likely to parallel the Mexican coast, though no warnings are in effect since the wind field is not expected to impact land.

  1. Really nice update of Dora. Right now the system is quickly intensifying and possibly we may see the first Major Hurricane of the season, it's just about time to see the evolution of the storm

  2. Things are finally picking up in the tropics, with Bret, Cindy and now Dora in quick succession. Remember how slow 1950 started globally, people. Slow and steady wins the race, after all.
    All it takes is one system to change everything (Does Enawo ring a bell?)!
