Friday Night: Major Hurricane Harvey now a Cat 4

Harvey has 130 mph winds making landfall tonight along the coast of Texas. Life Threatening flooding forecast for Texas. The potential for 15-35+ inches of rain along the path of Harvey. Steering currents are weak, so that means Harvey is going to cause big problems for a long time in Texas. What can we expect? Rain bands will move NW across our area. These bands will dump some rain. The concern is if one moves slowly. I see Southwest Louisiana into Central Louisiana with the highest rain chance.
