  3. This was the perfect video for having been sick all week. I still didn't feel good enough for my Saturday workout but wanted some movement. The cat/cows and all the movement through my back felt especially good.

  6. Thanks, Jessica. I've been battling a cold most of the week and actually missed a couple of workouts. This was a perfect way to get back into routine. I found places I hadn't realized were stiff!

  10. Thank you Jessica for having a workout like this! My 3 year old was sick last week, and lots of up a night evenings. Then last week I came down with the bug, so today, Monday I feel mostly better but this was a gift so that I did not feel like I was loosing what I have gained the last 3 months I have been working our with you and Peanut! By the way my daughter loves Peanut, I can easily workout without disruptions because of that sweet pup! God Bless You, Christine Wheeler

  11. That was perfect. I am recovering from food poisoning and have been camped out on the couch for the last few days. Today I felt like moving but still not a 100%. This was the perfect thing to get my blood flowing and still being gentle to my body. Thank you so much.
